Hi Bev,   Just a quick line or two to thank you & Lance for all your help with the surveys. I am very grateful to you both & you have both gone above & beyond what one would expect. Lance has been outstanding, he leaves no stone unturned with his surveys, he isn't the cheapest but in my opinion he is the best & he saved me a small fortune, as without his expertise I would have bought a property that would have been 'a mill stone around my neck', where as I'm shortly moving into somewhere far better. Thank you both so much, I will be recommending you to any & everyone I know in need of your services.
