2024 could be an interesting year for the housing market for Essex and Suffolk.  Prices are very competitive with a good supply of properties available.  Also,  mortgage rates are coming down, almost on a daily basis.  Lets not forget that a General Election is on the horizon.  All these indicators suggest that 2024 could be a good time to purchase a property.  It was only 2 years ago that property prices were booming and once the dust has settled, this will happen again.  I'm expecting things to pick up as the year develops so watch this space!  Mark Smout Managing Director.
