Surveys Ltd is regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

• All paperwork will be sent via post and/or email on the same day of instruction

• A detailed inspection will be undertaken with the report containing advice that is clear and easy to understand

• The report will be emailed to you usually within 2-3 working days of carrying out the survey

• A consultation period will be made available for clients if required
